5stars! Great Hotel
Minor hiccups like house keeping rationing soaps, towels and outright telling me the 2dishwasher pkts I got on check in was all for the entire visit.
Room: very nice rooms both living area and bedroom area. Dish washer, cooktops, sink with garbage disposal, fridge were all convenient and clean. Bed was comfortable, the furniture matched (though the carpets may need replacement soon). Nice Granite countertops.
Breakfast staff is courteous and wonderful though I missed most of the delicacy coz they close at 9. Too early.
Parking is AMPLE. AC Units are very loud. You choose between some warmth or the noise. We had them off at night, but the one next room was still a nuisance when on at night. TV must b loud in living room when AC is on.
Location is great. Cul-de-sac.
Checking in was a bit of a hassle. We booked on Expedia to pay later and had my husbands card 4 booking. When I got there, the front desk man couldn’t let me check in without another card and openly demanded for a card and my license, ready to send me next door. I was so tired.
After he took my card, ready to turn me away - I asked about contactless checking in and he gave it back and told me to swipe. He charged my card, then double charged my husbands card daily. Manager was able to reverse these payments easily but we still don’t know why he did that.
Hotel was quiet. Comfortable. What you need in a hotel booking, almost like home.
