The staff was extremely friendly! The room could have benefitted from a deep clean, but otherwise the property is just older and well loved over the years. Good place along the way to get a bite to eat and rest your head.

For the price, it is hard to complain. There was adequate hot water and kitchen facilities. Everything was clean and there were no strange odours. Since we were upgraded, the extra space in the suite was a bonus. It was fairly quiet during the night, despite being located on the highway. The bathroom was acceptable, but it is evident that things are run down. The floors all slant, doors do not stay closed, the roof sags, the bed mattress should be exchanged, an exterior face lift is desperately needed.

The people were welcoming, the cost was reasonable and the room was clean. The only downside was the weather was very hot and there was no air conditioner in my room. I would definitely stay there again

Very friendly staff. Excellent food. Accomodation a bit dated in that only one air conditioner in one room although it would’ve ok ordinarily the temps for two days were in 30 degree range. Visit during COVID-19 so staff shortage but they were very friendly and did excellent job to satisfy everyone.

The bed was springy. Floor very unlevel. The price was right, and Jan at the front dest was very pleasant. The restaurant didn't open until 4pm, it would have been nice to have had lunch on the patio.

Old building but very well maintained. The room was very clean, bed was very comfortable. Our room had two double beds in separate rooms. Each room had a TV. There was a small kitchen area complete with fridge, stove, microwave, coffee pot & all kitchen utensils. New sink in bathroom. There was air conditioning as well as 3 windows that opened. It was very quiet and in a good location. Close to park, museum with original buildings from when Dam was built all along the river. Benches to sit on. Very relaxing visit. Would do it again.
