Room was clean, quiet, comfortable, pleasantly cooled, and it smelled really good when we walked in! Great little cafe on premise, staff was always courteous and attentive. Amazing location, really away from it all - 3 miles of unpaved road to get to it. Whole family loved it!
The staff was very friendly. I just wish the rooms were a little more sound proof. I could hear the conversations and even the snoring of the people in the cabin/room next to us.

The staff and the room was perfect but the restaurant served the nastiest food we ever ate and it was a bit out of the way from the activities
The lodge was good except for the dirt road leading to the lodge. Staff were friendly and restraunt was good. Rooms were clean. Rooms were isolated and in a beautiful place with mountains around. Skies were dark and great for star gazing.
If a road is paved through the 3 mile dirt road on the ranch road, it would be perfect!
Great place to see stars at night. Room was very clean. Great amenities and a cool restaurant around the corner to grab a bite to eat. Very dark at night to stargaze. Will be staying here again. 100% recommend.

Great place with beautiful scenery. We stayed with two dogs.
I had a great stay at the Terlingua Ranch Lodge! The bed was comfortable and the shower had hot water with good pressure, which is nice after a day of hiking in Big Bend National Park. The lodge is about 1.5 hours away from any hikes that you’ll want to do in the park, but the views are amazing and worth the drive. The rooms have a microwave and fridge, but no televisions, which is nice and gives you an off the grid experience that I enjoy from time to time. The restaurant had great food and quick service and we even got to enjoy some live music for our dinner one evening! I would absolutely stay here again and hope I can one day.
Loved our stay. Felt remote and a great getaway from the city! The views are beautiful. Front desk staff amazing , restaurant has good food! We enjoyed our stay at the ranch.
We really enjoyed our stay! The room had even more amenities than their website mentions. And we love that it was dog friendly. We can’t wait to come back!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Rm was clean and staff was extremely nice. Did not realize it was 35 miles from old Terlingua
Room was clean . It was warm , cozy and both cold and hot water running without any glitch. Location is a quite far from the Terlingua downtown though but the ranch is fully self supportive and has its own nice restuarant with nice great food options both for breakfast , lunch and dinner with reseanable price. Place is situated very next to beautiful canyons and lot many off-road gravel roads all around.
It was me, my 5 year old, and our 9 month old puppy. Clean, quiet, comfortable cabin. Nice stargazing patio. Walk-in shower easy for all 3 of us to get clean after a long day of hiking. Bed was big enough for all of us and comfy. Restaurant on site had great staff that made us feel at home for diner and breakfast and the food was on point. Easy check-in and out process and a nice drive with great views.
Staff was able to help with late check-in and then when we had to leave a day early was very accommodating. It is a long way down the road to get to it but worth it. Rooms are nice (small fridge ONLY) but sitting underneath the mountains is nice. Bad Rabbit Cafe is right there and can get you anything you need if you're hungry. We had a great time and would stay here again. You can stay in Terlingua in the motels but you won't get the same experience.
