“Simon Hotel – Great Location, Service Needs Work The Simon Hotel is in a prime location with easy access to several great nearby restaurants—that’s its biggest strength. However, aspects of the rooms could use attention. Some furniture appeared stained, and there was a noticeable musty smell on certain floors and in some rooms. In my case, it was significant enough that I had to change rooms. Dining was a challenge. Restaurant hours are limited and awkward, making it easy to miss both……

“The rooms were clean just dated, staff were very unfriendly, the breakfast was good but overpriced and parking was easy, but anything was uphill.”

“Room is clean but basic, missing a door to the washroom. AC worked well for sleeping. Some delays getting into the building. Stairs an issue for suitcases.”

“Overall it was a great choice for not expensive one night stay. The property itself is a little bit old, the towels need to be replaced. But it has everything you need especially we love balcony and a drying rack for our wet clothes after beach. Also included buffet was good with the lot of choice. We can recommend this stay for people who don’t want to spend a lot of money ”

“There is NO beach at this hotel. There is a small , not very nice beach a short distance away but it is NOT a beach for spending any time. The hotel room had an ocean view but also a view of the port, which is the neighbouring property, and the marina. The pool is very small and the chairs around it are few. As far as value for money goes it doesn't match the price. The gym is minuscule and breakfast is NOT included. We had to pay 17 Euro per person for breakfast AND there are no nearby……

“I stayed there for 7 nights. There was a used soap when I first moved in. The AC is freezing cold and can't adjust. I saw hairs several times in the towels. The pillow is too low. I won't say it's a good experience staying there.”

“Hotel ist direkt am Strand. Die Lage war super, es ist direkt ein Supermarkt um die Ecke und einige Restaurants am Strand. Die Zimmer waren sauber und modern. Der Poolbereich war auch schön. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. ”

“The apartment is very much worn out, pretty different than what it looks like in the pics. Convenient location, nice check in/check out staff.”

“Endroit bien et simple. Bon pour une nuit ou deux. Épiceries et resto tout près. J'aurais préféré s'il y aurait eu des ustensiles, mais c'est bon. Comme la plupart des endroits, la tranquillité dépend de comment silencieux les voisins de chambre sont.”

“Séjour incroyable en Martinique chez Catherine ! La villa est spacieuse, très calme et parfaitement équipée. La literie est extrêmement confortable, ce qui nous a permis de vraiment nous reposer. La décoration est très jolie et soignée, on s’y sent immédiatement bien. La propriété se situe dans un parc sécurisé et magnifique, à proximité immédiate de la splendide Plage du Diamant, ainsi que des commerces. L’emplacement est idéal pour vadrouiller et découvrir toute l’île. Nous avons également……
