Excellent Stay

The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The location was great, making it easy to access everything we wanted to do- restaurants, coffee shops, beach access etc. Communication with the property manager was prompt and helpful, and the host was welcoming- they even provided a sand bucket full of snacks. Highly recommend!

Quick trip for some fun

We booked very last minute and the process was very smooth. Condo was clean and convenient to one of favorite restaurants, Shunk Gullies. Beach access was just across the street and we had plenty of room to spread out in the beach. Would come back again!

A quick beach stay

Awesome location with a quick walk to private beach. Lots of dining and shopping options within walking distance. Construction going on at the building but no noise was present during our stay. Condo was clean and full of all beach necessities. Cant wait to stay again.

Perfect for our family

We really enjoyed staying here! The accommodations were exactly what we needed and my kids were so excited to sleep in the bunkbeds. The condo is a short elevator ride to the pool and hot tub, and the beach access is very close. We liked saying hi to the turtles every day when we crossed the pond and loved riding bikes on the trails around the area. Restaurants were very close and the kids appreciated the ice cream shop about a block away. It was perfect for our fall getaway!

Perfect Getaway

Hannahs’s Hideaway was perfect for our family of 4. The condo was clean, checkin was a breeze and the beds were comfortable. The two girls loved the bunk beds! Location is perfect as it is close to shopping l and restaurants. But the best part was access to private beach which was not crowded on July 4th. We will certainly be staying here again in the future!

Family Bacation!

Hannah’s Hideaway was perfect of our family of 4! The property was clean and spacious. All the extras (welcoming basket, beach wagon, etc) was so thoughtful for guests to enjoy. Also property manager was quick to respond with any questions we had. Most definitely will be back!

Convenient for the family

Great place with everything you need all within walking distance. We had access to restaurants, donuts, coffee, ice cream, souvenirs, farmers markets, nail salon, ECT So many things to do in a small area. Plenty of pool area to spread out and such a quick walk to the beach. My boys loved the turtle pond and how the turtles ran to great you like little puppies. We had such a great time and would suggest to anyone! Great for large families to have several rooms and close together.

Gulf Place is our favorite

This is one of the cleanest, most well furnished units we have ever rented at Gulf Place Caribbean over the past 8 years. The welcome basket of snacks was much appreciated. The owners/managers have not overlooked any detail. We will rent again.

Just Perfect

The property manager was super responsive. The property is located right across from the private access beach, and 2 blocks from shops and restaurants. The host provides many useful and helpful amenities, and offers attention to detail for the guests. The condo is super clean and the master bed provides wonderful sleep :-). Our first words upon entering..."just perfect". Thank you so much.

Nice however could have been better.

As owners of a Timeshare, we were a little disappointed with the upkept of the property as a whole. Although reasonably nice, the upkeep of the entire property, including the porch area of the property we stayed, could have been better. It was a short getaway, and there were some renovations taking place, so no big deal however just wanted to give an honest review.

Beautiful Condo

Gulf Place Caribbean Unit 308 is beautifully decorated, well-appointed and is centrally located near the elevator, there are carts available on the main floor which made unloading of luggage and groceries and ease. The property manager is responsive. Gulf Place Caribbean is currently under renovations, we would suggest reaching out to property manager for status. It was not an issue for our stay as this was a business trip, we were able to enjoy the hot tub which was wonderful on the cold nights 😊 the 4-star rating on cleanliness was due to the balcony area dust, etc. which was most likely due to the ongoing construction. Overall the condo is a wonderful location and the master bed is very comfortable 😊

It’s ok for a short trip...

We enjoyed the proximity to the beach, that’s about it though. The beds are fine but the walls are paper thin. If you have neighbors like we did sleep won’t be consistent... I do not blame the owners at all for that of course, but just be aware of that. The little snacks were very nice, however being a bit more generous that half a a roll of toilet paper would be more appreciated that popcorn and candy. Also the bedroom is directly next to the elevator for the building so that can be loud as well.

PERFECT!

This was absolutely the most perfect family vacation! Condo was super cute, super clean and cozy! There was plenty of room for the 5 of us, bedroom mattress was so comfortable, kids could not be happier with the bunk beds, kitchen had every single item you need, and views to the pool, palm trees and the sea were beautiful and relaxing. And the beach... The beach ir RIGHT THERE, and the beach was exactly what I was looking for, quiet and the most beautiful beach I have seen! White sand and turquoise waters... every single day, and especially in the morning, the water was so calm... this beach is perfect to go with little ones! Also very easy to keep social distance, not a problem at all at the beach or at the pool. Easiest check-in and check-out, and the property manager responds right away if you send her a message with a question or an issue. Rebecca was so efficient, and owners provide the nicest touches to make you feel at home. Absolutely recommend! You will make the right choice renting this condo!
