Located in the town center of Gulf Place, just steps to coffee or ice cream at Sunrise. Make sure to stop by The Perfect Pig for the perfect happy hour and great food. Or walk across the street to Shunk Gulley for balcony views of the Gulf and the most amazing duck-fat-fries. Do some shopping at the 30A store or several of the other boutiques on the property. Take home an original piece of art from the Artists at Gulf Place. You will be conveniently located nine miles south from Eden Gardens State Park and six and a half miles to the east is the beach community of Seaside. 15-miles to the west is the well-known fishing village of Destin, FL.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
