Loved this place!

Arrived and was very clean. Host provided us with early check in bc the room was done and ready before check in. Very good communication when we had any questions. Definitely recommend.

Spectacular view, very conveniently located. Not at all luxury. IMO owners are only interested in the investment. Appointments are old. Shade broken in the 3rd bdrm, and its so small you cant fully open the door. 2nd bdrm no blackout curtain. Foam mattresses and hard pillows. No dining room. No games, puzzles, or cable in the living room. No beach toys, chairs, umbrella etc. Washing machine--cold water just trickles. There's no way 8 people could stay here. Needless to say I would not rent this place again.

I have stayed at Waters Edge for 21 years. This was my first bad experience, and it was really bad. This unit was outdated with old furnishing and original paint. There was some unknown morsel of food found on the living room floor; half a can of Coke found under the loveseat; dirty glasses in the cupboard; crumbs in the waffle iron; and the roach…. I didn’t take pictures of most because I thought it was just an anomaly. I reached out to the host about all this. They said the housekeeper apologized. That’s it. I’m out 4 days of travel and over 2000, but at least a housekeeper apologized to someone.

We have stayed at Waters Edge many many times, love it there!! this Unit was a little run down, bed had a dip in the mattress so whoever slept on that side rolled into that hole. Great Unit, it just needs some simple TLC. I would Stay there again, Sheets were nice, towels were nice everything else was nice. Needed to have the floors cleaned and mattress needs some help. The bar in the master bath was broken. It just looked like someone abused and well used this unit. Simple cosmetic touch ups would make it worth renting again. Needed that Plush touch. Better Rug in living room, everything just looked like an afterthought. More Hangers. Again I would stay again just because it is Waters Edge.
