¡Disfruta de hermosos cielos azules y hermosas puestas de sol sobre el sonido de Santa Rosa, mientras contemplas el puerto deportivo desde tu propia terraza privada! ¡Esta magnífica unidad de estudio tiene una de las mejores vistas en todo el complejo de 120 habitaciones! Ubicada en el edificio A preferido, esta unidad del piso superior se actualizó recientemente y tiene un hermoso baño con ducha de azulejos de tamaño completo y accesorios de plomería más nuevos.

Luego, pasee por el área de la cocina, que cuenta con una placa eléctrica (sin horno), un lavaplatos, una nevera grande con mucho espacio para alimentos y bebidas, y un fregadero. La cocina está repleta de cubiertos, tazas, platos, ollas y sartenes, y todo lo que necesita para que su estadía sea inolvidable.

Listo para relajarse? ¡Sumérgete en una de las dos piscinas para refrescarte o camina por el puerto deportivo y busca delfines y otras especies marinas! Hay espacio de almacenamiento en esta unidad que también cuenta con una cama Murphy de tamaño queen que se puede cerrar fácilmente durante el día para obtener espacio adicional si lo desea. Un gran televisor de pantalla plana y un sofá de cuero completan la sala de estar.

¡Esta unidad también tiene wifi gratis y cable con HBO! Este complejo es tranquilo, limpio y bien cuidado y ubicado a las afueras de la concurrida zona turística.

Hay parrillas para barbacoa junto a las piscinas, y también una pequeña zona de playa de arena que se encuentra en el edificio "B". Ascensor, máquina de hielo y lavandería también se encuentran en el edificio. por su conveniencia. Tiendas de comestibles y restaurantes están muy cerca.

Un corto viaje a la isla de Okaloosa ofrece una playa de arena casi ilimitada en el Golfo de México.

Excellent stay

Property was very clean and cozy.Nice balcony view from fourth floor!Toiletries, linen,and towels were well over stocked.( I brought my own extra but didnt have to use since their supplies were in abundance). Nice and stocked coffee bar( although I dont drink coffee). The host texted me several times before and after arrival to make sure my stay was pleasant.He even personally called me to help with directions when I was lost on my way to the destination.I highly recommend this place if you want a nice getaway.Five stars!!!

Perfect!

Loved this property. Very updated, has everything we needed. I’m very particular and I look for a combination of things and this place has it all. Lots of clothes storage, drawers and hanging space. Lots of bathroom storage, nice shower, comfortable bed, large refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, cooktop, small dishwasher. And an incredible sunset view! We’ll be back!

Perfect couple getaway

The location and view of the harbor was great. The room was clean and up to date. It’s very close to multiple public beach accesses including John Beasley park which has free parking and bathrooms and the Boardwalk which has restaurants and shops. We really liked Al’s beach club. You’re also very close to Destin and McGuire’s and other great restaurants there. I would highly recommend this place for couples and would love to stay here again. We’ve stayed in Destin many times and we’re new to Fort Walton Beach but we will definitely frequent this area in the future.

Perfect little spot

My daughter and I stayed for 7 days. This place was perfect for us. Condo is very cute and well taken care of. The view from the balcony was beautiful . The condo has everything you would need but food and paper products.

The room is very functional and has everything you could need during your stay! The murphy bed was ideal...very easy to lift to allow more room. Randy was very informative, checked on us frequently, and more than accomodating. I have already recommended to others.

very cute and clean

The condo was everything we could have imagined. It was decorated very cute and was very clean. The host (Randy) was very helpful from our check in....to any needs we had during our stay. The location was walking distance to local pizza and sea food restaurants. The view from the patio is of the marina and waterfront. It is well worth the price and we highly recommend the property for anyone looking to stay in the Fort Walton Beach area. We stayed a week in February. Todd and Laurie

Perfect getaway

My partner and I stayed here for our vacation and we were highly impressed & recommend it to everyone looking for a cozy place to stay. It was the perfect distance from Destin. It was clean, cozy, & Randy did an excellent job with providing the best service possible. My partner loved that there was a Keurig with several Kcup options to satisfy his coffee cravings! We really enjoyed how convenient it was to get here and definitely would visit again! It was the perfect place for us!

An awesome vacation

This property was perfect for my wife and I. It was clean and well kept with lots of amenities. It may be a studio with a Murphy bed but we had more than enough room and left it down during our stay. The sofa recliner was a real plus. An awesome place to stay!

This condo has it all with efficient use of space - murphy bed folds up and away during the day, two-burner cooktop, toaster oven, microwave, and mini dishwasher! It has TONS of storage so you can unpack everything and have it accessible. Excellent view! Great decor! We loved this condo!!
