I asked for a hair dryer and iron because they didn't work, never got them! I also asked for more toilet paper because there was only 1 roll in the room. And we stayed 2 nights! At check in the guy was super rude.

I was disappointed with the lack of service for our room. We were there for 5 nights/6 days and received no housekeeping services. Not the fault of the housekeeping staff, the manager that checked us in neglected to tell us that WE need to REQUEST housekeeping services! We had 2 towels, 1 coffee pod, garbage piled up, shower/tub drain backed up every time. The manager was not accommodating, I asked for a cot, his response was "What's that? No, we don't have those." Later I asked for a toothbrush, the same manager said "No we don't have any". Thankfully the front desk staff person checked and she came back with a toothbrush (the manager was silent). We tried to take our garbage out, but there were no facilities on the floor to leave it, so back to the room it went. In fact, there were no garbage bins inside or outside the entrance doors or on the floors - I believe I only saw 1 bin near the main doors. On our last night we had to come back to the front desk and ask for towels and other amenities, the front desk clerk was also very accommodating and apologetic - he provided us with supplies and offered a complimentary snack from the lobby.
