La piscina è sicuramente il punto di forze della condominio. L'acqua era anche leggermente salata dando l'impressione di essere al mare. Peccato che quando sono andata la zona era tutta in ristrutturazione ma la piscina centrale funzionava per fortuna. Dentro l'appartamento i mobili erano nella media. Però c'era tutto cucinare. L'aria condizionata invece c'era solo 1 nella camera, il che creava problemi perché il soggiorno dove era presente l'altro letto rimaneva al caldo. Anche la zona cucina non arrivava la climatizzazione. Per il resto comunque soggiorno gradevole. Il personale era disponibile su whatapp se necessario e addirittua gli ho potuto scrivere direttamente in italiano e si sono adeguati poi con un traduttore immagino. Tutto sommato una valuzione buona.

Flat confortável para 4 pessoas, mas somente o quarto tem ar-condicionado. Na sala o anfitrião disponibiliza ventilador, que atende bem. A estrutura do condomínio é boa. Uma pena que as piscinas estavam em manutenção. O mercado 24h que tem dentro do condomínio quebra um super galho! As barracas em frente são bem movimentadas, inclusive com festas. Mas não chega a incomodar para dormir. Voltaria a me hospedar tranquilamente.

A estadia foi boa. Lamentamos que o condiminio estava em reforma, e assim a piscina de crianças não estava disponível. Seria interessante o apartamento ter aspirador de po, para facilitar a limpeza diária devido à areia da praia. Por fim deu tudo certo, o condomínio é muito bom, e o atendimento foi excelente.

Flat bom, funcional, com varios itens de cozinha e conforto, em frente a Praia do Futuro. Quarto pequeno, sala e cozinha de bom tamanho. Tem um mercado 24hs na area do condomínio, que quebra um galho na madruga. Area da piscina em obra parcial, o que atrapalhou um pouco o uso.

Condomínio muito bom, com boa infraestrutura, ap. 415 necessitando de alguns reparos de manutenção, como manutenção no teto do banheiro... outro ponto que precisa melhorar é colocar um blackout nas janelas, pois como amanhece muito cedo, por volta de 5h da manhã horário local, o quarto fica claro cedo e quem vai com criança essa desperta logo cedo!! fora isso recomendo a todos!!

Razoável, devido o flat ser condomínio residencial tem algumas limitações uma delas só pode usar a piscina por 1 hora ao dia e tem que ser agendado, imagine que vc tem 2 filhos pequenos é meio complicado acabei não utilizando. Fora isso uma boa localização em frente a praia.

Foi excelente. O local é muito bom e bonito. Agradável, piscinas ótimas. Garagem para o veiculo. Apartamento bom com vista excelente para o mar. Fora a atencao que o pessoal da Diego Flats deu. Desde a explicacao para fazer o cadastro, ate a atencao quando precisamos de ajuda na hospedagem. Muito bom e indico.

A comunicação foi boa com o responsável, porém temos pontos importantes a salientar. O apartamento precisa de pintura urgente, as paredes e pórtas estão sujas e precisando de pintura, mcroondas estava sujo de gordura.O serviço de limpeza pode ser melhorado. quanto a estrutura é razoável. O condominio tem boa segurança e apesar de não termos utilizado a área de lazer é bem estruturada e agradável. A praia bem perto para boa caminhada é um ponto positivo.
