"In general terms the pousada is good. Our bedroom was in a 3rd floor and no elevator so the luggage was a thing. The bedroom was a bit outdated, no place to put luggage and open them more than over the bed. Bathroom was fine, a bit tinny and toiletries were missed some days after cleaning and we had to go and ask for them. "I arrived a day early due to my own mixup with travel dates from the UK. Staff at reception were super friendly and helpful the hotel was full I’m not sure how but they managed to accommodate me after a few internal conversations.
