We paid for a waterfront room and were given a parking lot front room. Front staff seemed bothered that we were there to check in. Building is very dated and not at all worth the cost. It is advertised as a “nice” place but it is no better than all the hotels/motels on 3rd street

"Second time staying here within about a month. Condon is a delightful small town. This motel is at the edge of town, but Condon is small enough that it's only 2-3 blocks to walk to downtown shops and dining. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and clean. I like this place."
