What a lovely, relaxing hotel. The front desk staff was welcoming and very helpful. Our room overlooking the river was decorated like a cozy mountain hideaway. Loved our stay.

The condo was very comfortable. The general area is very relaxing. There’s a lot to do there and it takes a little time To figure it all out. We were not aware that renting in “The Pines” is different from the main Sunriver resort. There are some amenities that you don’t have access to, so make sure you are aware of what facilities you won’t be able to access. The rental comes with 2 beach cruisers which were great for exploring and getting around the complex.

This is NOT a 5 star place, as described. The amenities were useless and they were not conveniently located on the property. There is no free breakfast and the food is mediocre. The room was extremely small and the bed was terrible. Hard stress cheap linens and since it’s in a house shared by 3 other guests you can hear everything

I love staying at this motel as the rooms have a log cabin feel with the log bed and furniture. The office staff are wonderful! They are very patient, friendly, and go above and beyond to make sure the guests are happy. The rooms are always very clean and comfortable. Kudos to all the housekeeping staff who work hard to make sure each room is clean and tidy for the next guest. Very quiet at night and has lots of parking. Look forward to coming back every summer a few times! Definitely recommend.
