I haven't stayed at the hotel prior. They've done some improvements and remodeled great hotel

The Pfister Hotel is a lovely place to stay at. It's breathtaking, the food was delicious, very clean, and the staff was fabulous. We enjoyed our time at the lobby enjoying a drink and the music provided by the piano player. I highly recommend The Pfister when visiting Milwaukee/

Kinn Guesthouses are a great place to stay if you don’t mind no front desk and coded entries. We’ve found them to have large rooms which are tastefully decorated, comfortable and quiet. The common area is stocked with teas, coffee and breakfast cereals which you can use. Be sure to contact property directly before you arrive for entry code. Expedia apparently does not share contact information with Kinn so you can access the room. Therefore they have no way to send you this information This can result in check-in delay until you find a person affiliated with Kinn to update you with this info.

Second time staying here and will again.

The only real complaint I had was I had never stayed there, felt a little lost. The hotel is like a labyrinth I had five bags with me and no trolleys to take my stuff to my room. A nice man helped me and also helped with explaining directions and the elevator on how to go to where I needed to go to visit a friend, also staying in the hotel. For him I was grateful. I guess front desk needs to maybe ask people if this your first time here? Maybe explain where you’re going. Over all I will come back. Room service was amazing and people were very friendly. Just thought it was odd to have nothing to put a lot of luggage on. Also, no explanation on things besides the paper they give you. Which was helpful.
