“I would give Milan, the owner, 5 stars for his eagerness to please. He is a very kind host. As English speakers we struggled to communicate and we feel the property isn't quite ready to host those who do not speak the local language well. The food is great and they serves it in abundance. The lodging is comfortable but rustic with light fixtures hanging from the celings and furniture falling apart. Our main issue was the noise. Music and loud talking until 1am the first night and barking……

“Property was clean, staff friendly. Hotel 6 min drive to airport so it’s super convenient. Not much around as far as restaurants. 20 min drive to Bascarsija and restaurants. My parents asked for a taxi to pick them up to take them to airport next morning. Receptionist confirmed it was scheuduled for pickup at 4 am. Taxi never came for them. If it wasn’t for my husband dropping us off at airport and coming back to get them they would have been stranded without transport. Not sure what happened. ……

“The night-shift receptionist was extremely rude and strange. I came to the hotel to check in and said hi, but he didn't even look at me. After 1-2 minutes, he turned to me and asked what I wanted in a very rude way. What do you think I want? I have my luggage with me and am waiting for you to check me in. The room wasn't very clean, but it was okay. Breakfast was the only good thing about this hotel. The room was very old, but the cleaning staff was nice though. ”

“Excellent service, room to improve have small travel kits for sale at the front desk for late night case situation. Tooth paste, brush, also for people who have sinus issues having the older heat system work better then the new one. Caused lack of less. Overall great place people and views. ”

“This hotel was lovely! My suite overlooked the back terrace and the mosque/old city. While it was a bit loud at night, the view was so beautiful, I didn't mind at all. The complementary breakfast was amazing, and the spa treatments were wonderful. Cena, the aesthetician, was so nice and friendly. The location is perfect for walking to almost anywhere in the city. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again!”

“This is a very cost-effective five-star hotel in Sarajevo. The best thing about it is that it is close to the airport, and the hotel can arrange a drop-off. What is not very convenient in the surrounding area is that there is only one burger fast food when going out to eat at night (the Internet review is not high), and the other one provides pite. The meat roll shop closes at 7pm (the service is very friendly and the taste is very good), so you need to find a convenience store at a nearby gas……
