“Et meget venligt og imødekommende personale. Vi lånte ejerens scooter 3 gange og havde gode oplevelser på turene. Værelset var stort og behageligt og der var roligt, nok fordi det var i lavsæson. “The room was spotless and very spacious. I love that they have a beach bag available in your room to use on tours and its filled with usable items like water bottles, towel and water shoes. “我们住的是经济型的，住了6天，一样可以使用漂亮的泳池，酒店环境非常好，泳池很大，孩子特别喜欢。虽然离科隆镇有一定距离，步行也就15分钟的路程。做门口的突突车20P一个人，5分钟就可以到达最热闹的地方。晚上酒店非常安静。酒店也有免费的班车，只是我们没有乘坐。我们租了摩托车，出行就更方便了。所有的员工都非常的亲切，见面都主动地问好，帮你开门。最后一天我们早班飞机，酒店还贴心的打包了3个人的早餐，非常感谢。我们非常喜欢这个酒店。下次去科隆还会选择这里。只是要注意的是免费的早餐，因为两家酒店的早餐在一起的，经济型酒店的不能随意的自己去取自助餐，想享用所有的自助餐的话，会收200P每个人。这点要注意，不然容易弄错。”

"The hotel overbooked and tried to move us to another place across the street. We were already at the lobby, but they still wanted to give our room to other guests who hadn’t arrived yet. We had confirmed all the booking details through email before the trip, including the room type. In the end, the four-person room we booked was changed to two double rooms. The staff at the front desk was emotional and said this was the best they could do. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I don’t recommend this hotel and I will never stay here again."
