Received very good service. Location is next to assisted living and you have what looks like some of the locals use the Wi-Fi in reception. Got a good room. Clean and with balcony.

The room had no air conditioning despite the description, and there was a big road next to the hotel, which disturbed sleeping with the windows open. The cleanliness was so-so, for example, a cup full of cigarette butts and an empty bag on the balcony and there were stains on the the walls. Otherwise, as in the pictures and ok place for a one-night sleep.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The air conditioning unit was completely broken, and hotel staff said they couldn’t fix it because maintenance was off for the day. They told us they contacted Expedia to provide us with a refund, but that was a lie. Now they are ghosting Expedia and won’t give us a refund, so we are out of luck. That day in Germany, it was 96 F degrees outside. Not having a working AC unit is completely unacceptable. And on top of that, the hotel manager is a crook.

Freundliche Mitarbeiter , die Zimmer sind sauber, die gelben Ablagerungen in der Kloschüssel verderben allerdings den guten Gesamteindruck!(Nr.:111) Preis Leistung sind sehr gut ! Cashless gefällt mir gar nicht!!!

Ein sehr gutes Hotel mit super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Zimmer waren schön groß und sehr sauber, auch das Bad war groß und sauber. Balkon etwas schmutzig, aber ich denke daß lag an den Pollen und Staub von außen. Frühstück war sehr gut: viel Auswahl und genügend Platz..wenn wir wieder in der Nähe sind, kommen wir wieder vorbei.

スタッフはフレンドリーでした。最寄り駅から遠いのが難点（徒歩30分以上）。キャリーバックあるので骨が折れました。晩の暗くなると若者が多く少し怖かった。近くにマクドナルドあるので便利。 早朝チェックアウトしようとしたらキーボックスが閉ざされた受付カウンターにあるはずなのにはいれない、不具合がありました。

Zimmer waren okay. Vorhang leider nicht zuziehbar, da ausgerissen oben. Bei einem Zimmer fehlte der Wasserkocher. Aber sonst alles in Ordnung und zufriedenstellend.

Im Zimmer fehlte Toilettenpapier, die Toilette selbst hatte Schmutzränder. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war sehr nett und zuvorkommend und bot einen Zimmerwechsel an.

Die Betten in beiden Zimmern waren voller sehr vieler unterschiedlicher Haare. Das Unterbett war zudem noch extrem fleckig und in dem ersten Zimmer gab es im Bett Tiere. Flöhe oder Bettwanzen. Man hat in den nähten die Hinterlassenschaften von den Tieren gesehen. Im 2 Zimmer gab es Silberfische. Ein riesen Tier davon war in der Badewanne. Ich hoffe ich habe jetzt keine Tiere von dem Hotel geschenkt bekommen! Das Personal abends beim checkin war nett. Doch morgens der Herr sagte nicht einmal zurück guten morgen oder auf wiedersehen. Er schaute mich nur an. Und das jedesmal wenn er in meiner Nähe war als ich frühstückte. War ein komisches Gefühl. Dann gabs auf einem Samstag morgen noch Bohrarbeiten im Haus was sehr laut dröhnte. Liegt wohl daran das das Haus nicht nur Hotel ist sondern auch private Wohnungen, Kindergarten usw. Ich glaube es waren 7 Stockwerke und bis Stockwerk 3 waren Hotelzimmer. Alles andere gehörte nicht dazu.

Sobald man den Flur, von dem die Zimmer abgehen betritt, kommt einem schon der Geruch von kaltem Rauch entgegen! Zimmer sind zwar sehr geräumig, allerdings auch nicht sonderlich sauber. Sehr hellhörige Zimmer. Das positive war das Personal beim Check-In, sehr freundlich :) oder auch die Nähe zum Flughafen.

Gutes Hotel, mir waren die Matratzen zu hart

Mir hat eigentlich alles gut gefallen, es war sehr sauber und das Personal und auch das Frühstück war sehr gut, allerdings waren mir die Matratzen zu hart. Ich bin gewohnt weich zu schlafen, ich bin auch viel in Hotels unterwegs, aber so harte Matratzen hatte ich selten. Ich habe deshalb nicht gut geschlafen.

Il manquait le rideau ocultant dans la chambre de Mr LORENTZ GILLES et la telecommande de la tele dans la chambre de madame lorentz muriel. Le personnel nous a indiquer quil fallait deposer les badges dans la boite au lettres que nousn'avons pas trouver. Donc, nous les avons glisser sous la porte.
