Ruth's thoughtful touches made us feel right at home.Although we were caught in a storm during our stay, the house was warm, cosy, and comfortable, with plenty to keep us entertained indoors. We couldn't have asked for a better place to relax.We highly recommend this property and would happily stay here again.”

“Beware, water pressure was very poor and temperature was lukewarm. It made a difference for 3 adults trying to shower at 5.30am. There is no insulation and the railway is nearby. It felt like we were sleeping in a tent next to the train tracks, so not good for light sleepers. Comi g fro. Someone who lives next to an airport. Location was great if you're attending events at Turangawaewae marae or Hopuhopu but it's not worth 310 a night that I paid. Won't be doing that again, particularly with the……

“the exterior of the property is unkept. Veranda area needs a good clean and tidy-up of vegetation. it would make it so much more enjoyable to enjoy the afternoon sunshine. Interior was clean and tidy enough. Adequate internal area for 2 adults and a preschooler, when going to the beach is main purpose. Bed was good. Warm and good facilities.”

“We love our stay here. Not only coffee and tea, they do have chocolate provided. They do have dish soap available in the kitchen which is nice. The room is cleaned daily. Would love to stay here again when we're in Hamilton.”
