The house itself has got all the utilities you need and more, you can tell it was all very well thought out. The house was clean and cosy with a lot of character and charm. “Beware, water pressure was very poor and temperature was lukewarm. It made a difference for 3 adults trying to shower at 5.30am. There is no insulation and the railway is nearby. It felt like we were sleeping in a tent next to the train tracks, so not good for light sleepers. Comi g fro. Someone who lives next to an airport. Location was great if you're attending events at Turangawaewae marae or Hopuhopu but it's not worth 310 a night that I paid. Won't be doing that again, particularly with the……

“the exterior of the property is unkept. Veranda area needs a good clean and tidy-up of vegetation. it would make it so much more enjoyable to enjoy the afternoon sunshine. Interior was clean and tidy enough. Adequate internal area for 2 adults and a preschooler, when going to the beach is main purpose. Bed was good. Warm and good facilities.”
