“The Check-In was so easy, the house fit our party of 13 perfectly. We enjoyed the entire week hiking, visiting RMNP, playing card games in the eves after delicious homemade dinners, & finished with smores around the fire pit on the back deck. Beds were comfy and we never ran out of hot water once! Mark, our host was amazing and had impeccable communication! We loved our stay! ”

“The property was perfect for our 3 generation family trip with 19 people ages 4 to 70. The oldest were on the main level so they didn't have to constantly go up and down stairs. Having living rooms on each level allowed the kids of different ages group according to interest and not be in each others hair. The kitchen accommodated large family meals each day. We loved it.”

“Very clean and comfortable. Impressive shower water strength. Had everything we needed for the stay. No complaints. However, i will mention that the toilets do run often. The valve in the tank gets stuck open.P.S. my dog loved it too.”

“This house checked all the boxes! Out of the nine of us, there were seven adults, and none of us had to sleep in a twin or bunk bed. There was plenty of space for board games as well as space for those who wanted quiet time. The kids enjoyed the hot tub, and we were near hiking and other activities. A great, memorable trip for the family. ”

“Great place for a family reunion. The deck was especially wonderful and accommodated a large group comfortably. Wonderful views! The kitchen was well stocked and easy for multiple people to work in. Plenty of seating for group meals. This was our second year here and we look forward to coming here again for our yearly reunion!”

“Great house to celebrate the 4th of the July with the family. Kids loved the firepole, secret loft and access to a really fun clubhouse and amentity space. Adults and teens loved the pool table. Enough kitchenware to feed an army. The only negatives are that the house could use a better bluetooth speaker and the grill is in really rough shape.”

“Our stay was early August for a nearby wedding and we rented the full house. Temperature in house was great, mattresses were on the firm side. Kitchen was well outfitted for cooking. The bathrooms were nice but you need to run the water for a bit before it makes it to the loft. Would definitely stay there again if looking for a place to spread out and relax!”
