“Our reservation was canceled and we never even received a notification. We called an hour before to the reservation company to get check in instructions and spoke to Leila who asked for our confirmation and said she would email instructions within the hour. I called back an hour later and we were told our reservation was cancelled and we had been sent an email. My Expedia account still showed booked and current so I was extremely confused and looked for the email and was unable to find anything……

“Property was super cute with the A style home. Outdoors was so beautiful. The river was so pretty as well. Great layout and hot tubs were very relaxing. Inside the home it was clean but some things could be cleaner. The couch had dog hairs, some silverware had stains, the shampoo/conditioner bottles were definitely not cleaned because there was black around the bottom of the bottles. Regardless of these issues the place itself was a charm. The wooden walkway gave it a nice feel. I would……

“We were put in a room on the parking level of the building with a ground level, very dark room in the area where people take their dogs to do their business. The trash can for the dog bags was right by our living room windows. Gross. Being on the parking level separated from the rest of the hotel and the village was really depressing. The unit was actually okay but missing some basic things comparable ski village condos would have (things like coffee filters for the provided coffee pot). I was……
