Great Getaway
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hideaway Cabin. Cabin was very clean and comfortable. It is VERY quiet and isolated. The owners home is not far away, but they are very courteous and ensure you have a peaceful stay. If you are looking to get away for a few days and just relax this is your place!

Perfect secluded hideaway!
I wanted a place for peace and solitude and man, this place was amazing! The cabin was perfectly equipped, the hosts were fabulous, and the hot tub was great after a day spent hiking and exploring nearby. There are little side quests if you need to venture out - like seeing the giant apple basket in Dresden, Honey Run Waterfall, covered bridges, Amish bakeries, Roscoe Village, etc. I hope to be back on my next break-cation. Thank you!!!

Great Quiet Cabin
We had a wonderful stay here. Very quiet area and a great time relaxing on the porch and in the hot tub. The place was clean and we had everything we needed. We would come back.

Very Peaceful
We stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed the peace and quiet. They have 3 large dogs, Newfoundlands, very friendly that greet you when you pull into the driveway. They are on a invisible fence so they can't get to you unless you walk over to them, they like to be petted. Great place for sure we will definitely go back.

Anniversary Weekend Getaway
Absolutely loved our stay! The cabin was super clean and cozy! The perfect weekend getaway for my husband and I! The bed was comfy and we loved being able to eat outside on the patio. If you’re looking for an escape to get away from everyone and everything, I highly suggest staying!

Beautiful location and charming place to stay.
My daughter and granddaughter and i loved this place. It was peaceful and beautiful. The only criticism i have is the hottub cover was so heavy we could barely get it off and on so were only able to use it once. Ive never used one that was so heavy before. The hottub was lovely the time we could use it though. The dogs were a nice welcoming committee and the overall experience was wonderful.

Loved the woods surrounding the property along with the great little water feature and lighting around the cabin. Beautiful stone fireplace inside. The cabin was very clean. I especially liked the ambience when we first walked in..soft music playing in the background, and the cabin smelled great from the wax burner. And of course the 3 Newfoundlands on the property good for a morning greeting and a little friendly play!

It is very beautiful and peaceful. It was just great to hang out and make a fire. There is a awesome park with a waterfall not too far away if you want to get out for a bit.

Fantastic
Remote; quiet; relaxing; quaint; well appointed and comfortable. These are the words that I can think of to describe this property. We did absolutely nothing during our stay and it was perfect!!! We packed in all our own food and had no issues finding what we needed to cook it. The cabin itself is very well laid out for a weekend getaway and had plenty of hot water and pressure (bonus points in my opinion.) The resident Newfoundlands were standing guard but not intrusive and added to the stay. Highly recommend if you want to a place to truly get away from it all.

Highly Recommend
If you are looking for a secluded get-a-way with all the comforts of home, this is the cabin for you. My husband and I went for 3 days in late January 2024 and absolutely loved it. The cabin was cozy and very clean. We plan on returning soon.

Absolutely Perfect Getaway
We checked into an absolutely haven of an experience. Wonderful Christmas music and lights surrounding the inside of the cabin. We were greeted by the absolute sweetest Newfoundland dogs who were a delight and made us smile so much. The surrounding area and location was dead quiet, it was a perfect spot for ultimate relaxation. Whether it be sitting next to the fire and drinking hot chocolate or glasses of champagne in the hottub. It was one of the best experiences I’ve had and Shelly is a great host!

Such a Magical Place
This secluded, intimate, beautifully furnished cabin is such a lovebirds’ paradise. From the cozy fireplace to the warm, bubbly hot tub, it’s just absolutely lovely. Every convenience has been provided and the cell phone service is awful, which thrills me to pieces!!! When we are there, we are completely happy and completely unavailable to the rest of the world!!! The hosts are wonderfully gracious and communicative, and the cabin is always meticulously cleaned and maintained. Pack your wine and read the love story that brought the cabin into existence. It’s heaven.

Great getaway destination
My wife and I wanted a secluded place to getaway for a couple of days and this was definitely the place, a quiet little cabin in the hills to unplug and relax. The best part is their 3 adorable pups. We loved this place and will most likely return a few more time.

This cabin and property are absolutely gorgeous. Everything is kept clean and tidy. With wonderful amenities. We loved the fire place abd the fire ring. Not to mention the hot tub. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind.

A serene getaway.
What a wonderful little space for two people to get away and enjoy one another. The property is wonderfully decorated from top to bottom with seasonal decor. You can tell it is so well taken care of. It takes a minute to figure out how to settle in, but once we figured out what was best for us it just worked. We spent most of our time outside on the deck playing games or enjoying the hot tub. The property is for sure a hideaway. No thru traffic to bother us. I do not give 5 stars to often, but this one deserves every bit of the 5 stars. Easy check in and easy check out. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay. We will be back for sure!

Best honeymoon ever
We just got married and spent a few nights at this amazing cabin. First off ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS. From the house decor to the lights outside. Everything is has so much thought behind it. Seriously could not find a thing wrong with this cabin. The hosts are so welcoming and nice!!! Just really wowed us. We will be back!!!

The perfect anniversary getaway
