The property has not been updated in a long time but the staff is friendly, helpful, and pleasant. The bed is very comfortable!. Lots of traffic noise if you are sensitive to that. I slept well. I cant afford much so it was great for my needs.

Won't stay again

The staff were very friendly BUT, only one room key worked. The furniture was shabby and stained. The double sink, only one was functional. No hot water in the morning. The rates were relatively cheap, which goes to prove you get what you pay for. The restaurant was o.k. with a sports bar atmosphere.

Tried but happy customer

I had to find another hotel room after the previous hotel had issues. I was tired and ready to turn in for the night. It was around 11pm. The young man. Alan, was quick to get me checked in, showed me where my room was on their map and gave me other information that i was too tired to care about. He was very pleasant, friendly and just great! The room was everything i needed. Check out was a breeze! I will definitely stay herecagain.

The website and even the sign out front claimed an indoor pool and spa. Unfortunately, those are unavailable due to renovations but that should be revealed before arrival. The breakfast was limited but still very good. The staff were all friendly, personable and service oriented. I would stay there again.

Great service!

We have stayed at this hotel for years! One of the main reasons is the wonderful service that we have always received from Alan. He is always friendly, accommodating, and informative It is obvious that he loves his job and helping people. We also love this hotel because of the indoor/outdoor pools, large rooms, and comfortable beds. We highly recommend this hotel!

Property was under construction, the room was clean but the furniture was old and outdated. There were a few young people hanging outside one door down. Smoking something and drinking. Felt to us a little sketchy! The Main Lobby was nice , but from what we could tell the rest of the place was in shabby. Would definitely not recommend!

I found two roaches in my room. The smoke alarm malfunctioned and woke me in the middle of the night--twice. At 630 am there was no hot water. The staff was generally kind and helpful.

The night staff’s Allan was fabulous then when I went to get breakfast I was told I could get danish a coffee but nothing was ready the morning staff was rude and unprepared and I had to pay 100 dollar deposit for what a rude morning staff’s and no breakfast to tell me I could try there new restaurant that jutst opened the night before never again and I have a lot of friends and family that travel through the area thanks Allan sorry you have great skills with such a crappy staff and hotel

The front desk staff that checked us in was very nice and knowledgeable about what he was doing as well as the area he was in. The room was clean and nice overall. 1 ice machine was broke but was told we could walk to another hotel and get ice if we wanted it and the bed, it was pretty hard and both me and my fiancée had sore backs after waking up. The power went out for about 2-3 hours but i understand there was only so much the desk staff could do because it was the whole strip of road we were on, but she was rude when we approached the desk to ask her about what had happened and inquiring about the restoration time. Overall..not horrible but not wonderful
