What a wonderful and extremely helpful staff. So kind and helpful and accommodating. I will most definitely stay again. Such a wonderful experience!

The room we stayed in had a shower attachment that must have been water saving and was very old. The brand was Water Pik and it was white plastic. It took a long time to rinse the shampoo and body wash off. Worst of all, it made a screeching noise the whole time the shower was running, and it didn't matter which setting I turned it to. Also, the bed closest to the window creaked every time I turned in bed or moved. The HVAC system was a through the wall thing that was either blowing out air that was too cold or too hot and it was loud. To flush the toilet I had to hold the handle for a long time or the TP wouldn't even go down. On the positive side, the breakfast was convenient. My room number was 409.

We have stayed at Broadway Plaza multiple times. It is our go-to property. It is quiet, clean and provides easy access to the Mayo Clinic and downtown restaurants and services. The staff is always courteous and efficient offering any services or items we may need. Our stays here have always been enjoyable.

The kitchen setup and laundry setup was excellent. The bathroom vent fan did not operate. The 2 chair setup for television viewing was small and uncomfortable. As well as there was no setup for a cup of coffee while watching tv. The location of television and the limited wall cable length restricted the ability to position the tv screen to enable viewing from the bed. The bed mattress was very firm. The location of the hotel to the hospital is excellent.
