This hotel was perfect for what we needed during our stay. We were staying as we had appointments at the Mayo. Shuttle was handy, but also close enough that we could walk as well. There was a lot of construction going on at the hotel and surrounding areas, but never affected our stay. The room was amazing. So nice and clean. Highly recommend staying here.

Check in we rough—we arrived to Rochester around 1:45 AM and the gentleman checking us in wanted to get the Door App working instead of just giving us key card. I explained I had downloaded the App but that it gave me no login instructions after about 20 minutes of going back and forth and me just asking him repeatedly for a different option he said he figured out the problem and that the property itself never “invited” me to use the app. What a pain! The property was clean and convenient but the construction was definitely challenging for navigating around the property and accessing the shuttle to Mayo. The bed was not very comfortable and the headboard creaked often. Also, the in room cleaning is every 3 days—which is fine but then leave more than 2 towels in the room especially with no pool towels being available by the outdoor pool/sauna. Last thing, when we had to call for said extra towels it took roughly 2 hours and 3 calls to the front desk to get them delivered to the room. The Berkman book in the room says to call the front desk from the phone in the room, but there is no phone! It gave a texting option but we never received a return text—then it took 3 hours to get them after calling the number from our cell phone. Was very convenient to have a full kitchen—we loved that. All in all, we would find another option for our next stay.
