The room was fantastically clean and although the hotel was of an age, the upkeep of it was admirable. All staff we encountered were courteous, friendly and polite. "We stayed at this hotel for one night before our cruise. The hotel is very sleek and modern, but we almost walked by it as it is completely surrounded by scaffolding at the time. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room was nice and clean. Bathroom was very small. Grouting in shower could use some freshening up. It was very hot and there was an issue with the thermostat so the temperature remained uncomfortably high throughout. The location is very convenient: walking distance from train station, to cruise port (Horizon terminal) and very close to the Old Town and the main shopping mall. We would stay again. "
