Awesome as always

We love this house! Always a fantastic stay, right on the beach! The house is perfect for us and our puppers. We love watching the dolphins in the mornings and listening to the waves at night!

Perfect!

My friends and I stayed here for our annual trip to San Luis Pass to fish. The place was perfect! The location is awesome, the house had everything we needed, and was clean and nice. The Kurig with Starbucks coffee was an especially nice touch being so far away from a coffee place. Working with Holly was easy and she fixed our one small problem with checkin quickly and kindly. We will try and book her place again.

The bestest beach views

It’s a wonderful property. All the amenities are there. Clean property. Steps from the beach. Very quiet- not close to tourist attractions which is exactly wheat we are looking for. Our doggos love it! We love it! Very enjoyable stay!

Very nice!

Very nice place to stay! Cannot wait to stay here again! Clean! right on the beach everything is convenient assessable! Host was very nice gave us all the information we needed before we even came! The seahorse girl is a must.

On the water

My wife and I really enjoyed our get away. The well stocked kitchen made cooking meals a pleasure. The deck is just feet from the breaking waves and we like hearing the ocean day and night. We also enjoyed relaxing on the comfy couch and watching the nice big screen TV.

Nice place for a getaway!

Just Beachy is a nice place! Very clean, comfy, modern appliances, everything works. Only issue: the master bedroom could user a larger bed (queen or king). Other than that, this is a great place for a getaway; the hosts are very responsive; property is well-cared for, has an unbeatable view, and a long quiet beach for strolls.

Cutest cottage on the coast

In 2023, it is difficult to find an owner who takes such great care to make sure guests have a splendid time. Holly is one of those rare owners. Cottage was amazingly well appointed, and the view of the Gulf superior. Fabulous rental!

What a cool little house!

Just returned from five nights at this cool beach house. It was just as described, clean, comfortable and truly just steps from the waves! The host, Holly is great and made the rental process simple and quick. My husband fished every day, and we rented a golf cart . I highly recommend a golf cart for the miles of beach you access literally right next to the house. So fun!

The property was decent, however the beds are meant for 1 person as they roll to the middle when 2 people are on the bed making it hard to stay put in a comfortable position.

The Perfect Beach House

My husband and I have rented many luxury homes along the beaches of Galveston and this one we agree may be our very favorite! If you want to feel the ocean breezes and relax this is the one. We were very impressed with the thought our hosts put into making our stay the most enjoyable it could be. From toothbrushes to aloe gel in case we burned (which we did) they thought of it all! Our dog loved it and the beach wasn’t ever crowded. Just a wonderful vacation from start to finish. Book it you won’t be sorry!

great getaway

We had a great time. BRING BUG SPRAY. The mosquitos are horrible on the ground mainly around grassy areas at all times and on the beach after sunset. Porch was my favorite spot. Neighborhood is friendly. Accommodations were accurately described. Thank you!

Guys Trip

The property is located in covenantally next to the water. Short walks to the beach, and 25 min to surfside jetties. The house looks nice on the outside. Aside from the railing on the second level of the new patio addition coming unfastened from the pillar. It too was nice bbq in the shade. The parking area is a little smaller considering half of it is falling apart. The interior area could use some love. New floor, trim,and paint to name a few. Overall if you are on a guys trip this will work for you.

Beautiful View!!!

The view is amazing. Dog friendly. The owner is very kind. We called her very late with entry issue and it was because we were at the wrong house! She was incredibly understanding despite the late hour. I highly recommend....and this area is much quieter than Galveston. Beach walks with very few people in the morning was so nice.
