Paradise found! Come relax and play at our 1500+ square ft. beautiful beach home. Breathe in the salty air while enjoying panoramic ocean views. The main entrance to the beach is only 100 yards from the house. Enjoy incredible surf or bay fishing for the simple wade fisherman. This cozy setup will welcome you home after a fun day of toes in the sand, good vibes and happy times!

Open floor plan with living room, kitchen and dining area. You can also enjoy a meal and relax on the main deck or lower porch. There is a king bedroom, full bathroom and bunk room with a double bottom bunk, single top bunk and optional single trundle bed.

The upstairs master has a king bed and full bath with a futon that can sleep 2 in addition to the 8 house occupants.

Great home and views!
This house was perfect for our family. Loved the spacious porch overlooking the beach. Two rooms are downstairs giving the master privacy upstairs. The master suite is huge with a balcony that has an amazing view. We will definitely be coming back to this one!

Best Place to stay in Treasure Island
Fantastic property - from the accommodations to the location to the property owner, everything was wonderful! Kristen was very sweet and responded quickly to the few questions I had. The property was very clean, well kept and had all the comforts of home. Plenty of linens and beach towels. The kitchen had all the gadgets and dishes you could need; just bring your pantry staples (aluminum foil, cooking spray, seasoning, storage bags, etc) and food. Access to the beach is at the end of the road - 7 minute walk with little kids or a quick golf cart ride if you rent one, which we did. The beach is a shell seekers dream and was not crowded at all - even for spring break. At the other end of the road is a great fishing spot. This will be our future beach house rental! Don’t pass it up!

We stayed at the house as a long weekend trip to celebrate my 50th birthday. We loved the easy access to the beach and also had a great time in Galveston. Kristin was wonderful to work with and so responsive.

Wonderful escape!
This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property and it was as great as we remembered! The location is great. The beach is really close and not too busy, even on a holiday weekend. The house was clean and had plenty of space for us all to be comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and spices, making mealtime an easy task. We only had one minor question and the property owners got back to us immediately. We look forward to visiting again soon!

The Harris family stay at Sandy Feet Retreat
Upon booking this property, I didn't know it wasn't in Galveston,Tx. When searching in Vrbo, I requested Galveston Tx only, not nearby properties, but this property was provided. I didn't receive a booking confirmation and found out the location on check-in day. The owner processed a partial refund. Regardless, my family and I enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and had a nice view of the ocean. The location was so far out, though, that there wasnt any restaurants or gas stations nearby. Also you had to pay $2 dollars, to cross some little bridge to get to the home.( you have to pay $2 to the home a back to Galveston every time) The one restaurant close by did have some great food. Also, it was very quiet at the home due to being so far from Galveston. Thank you, and I pray God blesses you!

Three Generation Trip and All Enjoyed
We are very happy we found this place! It was so clean and really had everything we were looking for (space, clean, beach access). The location was a 3 minute walk from the beach. From the deck, we could hear and see the surf. We had plenty of towels, dishes, soap, etc). Communication with the homeowners was great. No complaints! For those not familiar with the area, it is helpful to know that it is a ~40 min drive to The Strand and/or Galveston proper. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

We would definitely come back and stay here. The only recommendation I would make is to communicate the location of the beach a little clearer in the description. Pictures are kind of misleading. Makes it look like the beach is right out front. Other than that, the house was clean, WELL stocked and perfect for our family. Neighborhood was great and neighbors were friendly and helpful. Will stay again!

The Perfect Getaway Home
Lisa made the process to book and arrive simple and easy. The home is wonderfully located in a quiet neighborhood where you can see the gulf, hear the waves, and easily walk on the beach. The home is beautifully decorated to reflect the peace and serenity of beach life. It was clean, comfortable, well stocked and met our very need. Great Beach Vacation
Our family of six (grandparents, parents, a toddler and infant) had a wonderful time at this beautiful vacation property. The house was spotless and well equipped and Lisa provided detailed information about the area. She was very responsive to our questions beforehand and was quick to help when we couldn’t locate the beach chairs. (She had a neighbor bring some by immediately as the others were inadvertently locked up.) The beach was close enough that we walked over twice a day with the little ones. Check-in and checkout were both a breeze. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Last Minute Trip
We rented this property with another family for a last minute weekend getaway… it worked out perfectly. The house is well maintained and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, etc. my only issue was we kept running out of plates but we were a party of 8 and I should have brought some paper plates. It’s wasn’t a big deal as we could hand wash quickly or run the dishwasher. There were some spices on the counter (which we didn’t need/use) but everything else in the kitchen was cleaned out - I prefer that because I don’t want a bunch of random left over items in fridge or pantry but just make sure you bring foil, ziplocks or anything else you typically use in kitchen. The porch is has a great view of the water and was lovely to sit and hang out - just bring bug spray - it’s Galveston and the mosquitos are huge. Communication with owners was prompt and easy. Overall, great experience.

Family Beach Getaway
Perfect location for a relaxing beach getaway. We spent a few days with our family and this house had everything we needed. A well-stocked kitchen, lots of amenities, and plenty of room for our party of 6 (4 adults and two teenagers). A short walk to the beach and lovely views of the water from the deck. A fantastic quiet beach get away. Clean house a short walk from a quiet beach. Our family of 6 plus dog enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving stay here and had no complaints at all. The host was easy to communicate with and very helpful in getting us set up and taken care of.

The location was perfect for our family stay! Quiet yet friendly! Easy access to the great beach we had! Rent a golf cart, you’ll have a blast and won’t regret it! The house was so nice to stay in! Everything we needed! Really cozy place! We had planned to use their BBQ but unable to find it! Called the host, the last storm washed it away! Our host was the best. She worked around every corner until she was able to get a BBQ delivered to us! We’ve rented for a number of years and never had any host work so hard to make sure we were satisfied and happy!
