We had a great stay! Room was perfect for us and the staff/service was fantastic. Definitely would stay again.

I called prior to our stay and asked at check in to be near one of the teams (college football) staying at the hotel, they said they were booked and could not place us near the team. My reservation was made way before they were completely booked! Instead we were put on a floor with a bunch of young kids (hockey team). They were loud running around in the hallway and were playing hockey in front of the elevators. They finally quieted down until 10:45 when they started up again. We used the hot tub, there were 3 others using it also, when we went to get out we found there were no towels. One of the other people went to ask for towels, we all stayed in the hut tub another 15 - 20 minutes and no towels came. I went to the front desk and asked, they said they would bring some out, 10 minutes went by, no towels came. We just left and dripped on our way back to the room. We stayed at this hotel on 10-10-25 and had a great stay, last night was NOT a great stay for the experience and price we paid.

The front desk was slow to acknowledge I was there to check in. They were in a back office talking on a personal call for at least 5 minutes before I finally knocked and they came out. Found out later they do have a camera to see me there… Also the room was overall clean but could see finer details of room had dirt etc. this was minor No towels in workout room

My room was clean, and spacious, I stayed in a Suite. Nelsey was great always helping when i needed something for my room. Angelica was always with a smile for the breakfast times. My wife used the Business center and was helped by a great female receptionist in the lobby. Used the gym twice good little work and walked on the treadmill. Last day we went in the Jacuzzi
