This is a very dated motel which reflects in the name. Although the place is pretty run down, we found it to work for what we needed. First off, the owner was very nice. Always a plus! Everything looked clean and the bed was comfortable. The was not a coffee maker, but convenience stores nearby. We were only given one towel for two people and half a roll of toilet paper. This is not the Hilton, but if you need a comfortable bed, this will work!

Manager is extremely helpful & Welcomes you like a family member!! He goes above & beyond to make sure your Lodging needs & more are fully met!! He will give you Direct discounts on multi-stay/Weekly stays. Full Laundry Service available. Welcomes all my Pets!! :) Super-Safe & Quiet with good lighting outside. Awesome American/Mexican restaurants,DQ too within a minute walk,next door! When I'm in this area Freer,TX I will only stay here, Budget Inn & Suites!! You will Love your stay there too!! Lastly they are the lowest in price & Amazing unbeatable Value too!!
