"I arrived earlier than the check in time (2:30pm, for a 3pm check in) and was told my room category was not ready, so I went for a walk. When I came back at 2:30pm my room was still not ready (again fine as I was early), so at 3pm I was told that there were still no Premium Rooms available. Normally, in this instance, you'd expect to be offered the next category up, but I was offered the Standard Room (and nothing in the way of compensation). I had to take it because I needed to be somewhere within the hour. The room I was give was spacious, with a comfortable bed, but it had no safe or ironing board (the latter I was able to order from housekeeping) The bathroom was also a good size with a nice powerful shower, but it did not drain too well. No noise from outside or neighbouring rooms, so a good nights sleep. I did not have time to use any of the facilities but it looked like there were some good options. The hotel is a five minute walk from the nearest underground station which takes you straight into town. I would stay again for the price paid, as overall it was a nice experience."

"Great room - spacious, clean with extremely comfortable beds. I particularly liked that the toilet had its own room! Staff were very friendly and they assisted my party on numerous occasions. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Great choice of food and not at all hurried. Nice bar area with excellent staff. However it did not have a very wide range of spirits. I asked for 2 fairly common spirits and they had neither."

"Would have been nice to have a safe and a small bar fridge in the room. My sister booked at the same time and had a much larger room for 200$ less and had a kitchen and sitting area. Very good location to everything. Grocery stores very close by. Beer Garden restaurant close by. Romanian Travern 12 minute walk with amazing food. Bathroom was very nice and excellent water pressure. Staff was helpful and kind. Check in and out was very easy. Never had the breakfast as there was so much good food around in Germany to eat. Bus stop and subway are super close by."

"The hotel has an excellent location, with the Harras UBahn station lift directly across the road from the property. Rooms were clean, and had nearly all the amenities you would need. A fridge in each room would be nice. There was a very friendly member of staff working at the bar one of the evenings we stayed in for a drink. However there was a member of staff at reception who was rude. When we were checking out he tried to claim we had two breakfasts and put it on the room. He even tried to claim my signature, and whoever signed for the breakfasts signature were the same when they were clearly different. It was only when I insisted he checked the CCTV to see we had not gone into the restaraunt at all that he then spoke to the waitress in the restaraunt who then confirmed it was not us who had the breakfasts. A sour ending to an otherwise pleasant stay."
