"The hotel is very modern and the decor is beautiful. We had a family room and it was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. We ate at the restaurant and the food was delicious. Overall I was very impressed. The only negative is the location it’s probably not the nicest area in Bordeaux however it is a ten minute walk to the nearest tram stop. "

"The room (in principle for two) is unusually small. The bathroom had no soap at the sink and cups/glasses (yes, one can get them after asking at the reception, but why should one need to ask?). My room was next to a service area where some kind of a machinery kept on operating all night long. Not too noisy, but audible and not good for light sleepers. Food and drink is fine, the hotel is 5 min walk from the tram station and also 15 min walk from the Darwin Eco area, which is good."

"Lovely hotel. We were upgraded to a deluxe comfort room. Check in was easy and staff very helpful. The rooms were clean and well decorated, comfortable beds and air conditioning too! Bordeaux is a beautiful city. Driving around isn’t easy as it’s mostly pedestrianised but the staff in the hotel were very helpful with directions and maps and we received discounted parking locally, with our stay. Family friendly - yes. "
