Clear communication and check in process. Owner did their best to accommodate an early check-in request due to early arrival for a business trip. Quiet neighborhood. Very clean house with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. My buddy left his phone behind and the owner shipped the phone to him the same morning as checkout, super appreciative. The only negative is the couch in the living room isn’t very comfortable and could be updated but that’s my only recommendation. Loved how the kithchen drawers & cabinets were labeled with the kitchenware & loved that every room had a ceiling fan for the hot weather in Fresno. Also, only about 15 minutes away from shopping, restaurants & movie theaters.
