Check in was a small alcove with another guest present and the attendant announced my room number loudly instead of just writing it on keycard. Microwave was rusty with peeling plastic. However room was clean, bed comfortable and when someone was playing loud music middle of night, the security came by promptly. Plenty of parking

I liked that it was fairly close to the Yale campus but it really did require taking an Uber at night. Just a nice and clean, simple hotel.

The AC works well. However, the rooms are very basic. No dresser/hanger. No toiletries, only a piece of soap bar. Dirty floors, and the room smells very badly. Overall, poor amenities. I did not want to write the negatives, but I think it will help the management. The hotel management can improve this situation if they are willing to with no or a very few fixes/costs.

We would stay again!

Like it’s advertised, a no frills hotel and the price was right. It was clean, quiet & convenient. Walking Distance to the Savemart Center where we were going for a concert. No coffee, and no closet. We would stay there again.

Great value for location

The room was clean and comfortable enough. Location was great across the street from the venue. However don't expect much from their Wifi. I tried connecting to both options and could not get internet from either.

The room was very cramped, fridge was not plugged (so not cold when we got there) in but did work eventually, but otherwise the room was fine. Microwave worked. Beds were pretty comfortable and shower worked fine.

Decent room

Room was clean and recently remodeled. Room did not have any strange odors. Nice refrigerator and microwave. Beds were comfortable. Outside lawn was pretty bad, but that didn’t bother us. Location is very good. Night security guard in the parking lot was good.

Its Okay.

Well, its not in the best condition on the outside. the area looked a little sketchy, but it was quiet. Clearly, they are renovating so the lobby was used as storage area for new refrigerators and microwaves. the first thing we were greeted to was a man lying on the ground outside of a vehicle, apparently so drunk he had passed out right there in the parking lot. The driver was also very intoxicated. There was another person sleeping in a car in a car in the parking lot. The room was comfortable. The bed was great and super comfy. Rooms look redone. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

The lady checking guests in was not the friendliest. She was not very inviting. The room was clean. The walls must be very thin because at 3 in the morning we could hear the people’s conversation next door like if they were in the room with us.

Here’s the revised review: I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. I specifically booked a room with two beds, as we were two people traveling together. However, upon check-in, we were given a room with only one bed. When we raised this issue with the front desk, they reassigned us to another room, but the new room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which made it impossible to stay in. After returning to the front desk yet again, we were told there were no other rooms with two beds available. In the end, we were forced to stay in a single-bed room, which meant one of us had no proper place to rest. This completely ruined our stay. The lack of attention to detail, poor room conditions, and inability to resolve our problem were unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

I have stayed here previously.My only complaint would still be the front desk attitude which is not gracious or even friendly. This has been every time I've come here despite who is waiting on me. I like the convenient location and it's cleanliness. Starbucks is right next door as is restaurants, a liquor store, ATM and bus stop at curb. The rooms are always immaculate. The bath towels are luxurious. The sheets are so soft and that's a huge plus with sensitive skin. The bed, the mattress is so comfortable it must be gel. The oversized pillows are squeezable and just the perfect amount of firm. The shower is beautifully tiled but, can be slippery so, if you have a balance issue please note that currently there is no handicap rack to hold on to. There is a small frig n microwave in this room but the other room I was in previously had a beautiful full size red vintage model and the room was tastefully decorated. This room is the same rdless, this is a pleasant place to stay. The prices do fluctuate however on a daily basis.price but is simply decorated. It seems the east side of this motel has more action going on. In the back and upstairs I hardly heard anything. Rega
