(1,095 reviews) Room was comfotable, but furniture is not well kept. Lots of scuffs, nicks and just wear and tear. Heater did not work so it got pretty cold overnight. Elevators had funky smells and were constantly messy. Hallways had lingering smoke stench. In my opinion, it did not live up to the reputation of Embassy Suites by Hilton & other locations I have stayed at.
