“A perfect villa for a family, in absolute perfect condition, great location and an ideal location to explore the area. The best communication ever by the owner Vaggelis, and he also visited us to make sure everything was ok and we had everything we needed. Vaggelis sorted out everything for us from car hire to a cool box, this also included a shopping delivery for our arrival, taxis to and from the airport, and this fully took the stress out of our holiday. We highly recommend to anyone……

“Een parel in Vathy. Vanuit het hotel heb je mooi uitzicht over de baai. Het is heerlijk stil en de kamer heeft een lekker bed, prima badkamer en gelukkig geen saaie ‘trendy’ hotellook. Het ontbijt met veel verse & huisgemaakte producten, en de koffie zijn heerlijk. De eigenaresse is erg lief en gastvrij; we hadden een heerlijke tijd hier en komen zeker nog eens terug. ”

“We loved our stay at Penelope Villas, the villa was very well kept, spacious, modern, well equipped and in a great location. With just 4 villas it was quiet, but literally a 5 minute drive from Sami main promenade with a great selection of restaurants and shops. The only issue was the air con wasn’t working properly but the owners were very quick to get it fixed. The grounds were well kept and spacious, the pool was perfect for cooling down and there were staff regularly cleaning the pool,……

“Our second stay, room a little tired. The breakfast is very good, staff helpful and friendly. We loved the adults only pool. The only this that spoilt it was the penny pinching attitude to in-room drinks; charging €1 each for tea bags is beyond mean! We went out and bought our own.”

“ This is a beautiful property in a lovely little town. It was nice to be away from the bigger city and Panos made us feel special and right at home. He upgraded us to the nicest suite and is a wonderful host. The breakfast was made fresh and delivered to us each morning, it was delicious and full of Greek specialities. This is a true gem of a place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone thinking of staying in Kefalonia.”

“We absolutely loved this hotel. The staff who looked after us were truly amazing, nothing was too much trouble. The room and all common areas were spotlessly clean and the breakfasts were abundant, varied and fresh. So much choice! The staff completely made our holiday, they were so friendly, informative and wanted us to have a great stay. Hotel rooms are modern, well equipped, very stylish and extremely comfortable. “Nice hotel close to the beach. Good for families but a bit out of the way if you want to explore the whole island. Food was terrible though. ”
