"I was underwhelmed with our stay. Hotel and amenities are dated and show signs of wear. The parking lot was a mess. It’s obvious it hasn’t been paved or painted in quite some time. It made for a messy experience. Staff was nice but not overly helpful. It was missing a lot of those fine details a hotel puts into service and first impressions. I was looking for a “Grand” experience and was a bit disappointed. Definitely average and wouldn’t pay the higher price to stay again."

"This is not a resort. In addition the name is deceptive to the real Omni White mountain which is real resort. The Jacuzzi was closed,the outdoor pool was not heated enough to enjoy it,and the sauna was worm. The room was nice although the maid left the hand held shower facing the outside so once I opened the water I got cold water to my face. Breakfast is on the cart serving orange juice from concentrate but otherwise was good you can only select one option. As said I couldn't find anything to justify it as being a resort"

"Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. Everyone there treated you with respect and kindness. Dining area was well maintained and clean. The lounge was a nice place to hangout at night, a little loud due to the live performance but not bad. Hotel was clean and well maintained. I would recommend this Inn to my friends and family."

"This was one of our most enjoyable stays during a recent vacation in the northeast. It is a very nice property with lots of nature trails and access to outdoor activities right at the entrance to the Mt. Washington auto road. They have a very nice back porch, restaurant, health and meeting facilities and outstanding staff. I provide my highest recommendation for this facility to those looking for a quiet restful holiday or meeting place in eastern NH."

"We sort of stumbled upon the Christmas Farm Inn by happenstance. We LOVE Jackson, NH and wanted to try a variety of accommodations. I was surprised to find that this property boasts an entire village of housing choices. We were in the Carriage House at the very top of the hill, looking down over everything. Our room had a king sized bed, an oversized bathroom with a jetted tub, a living/sitting room and a balcony. It was so lovely that we extended our stay by another night. Breakfast was fantastic and we even spent some time enjoying the nightly campfire beside the main inn. I can't wait to return around Christmastime!"
