However, the hotel is very close to public transportation especially if you are taking A11 airport bus. The reception is located on level 3. The hotel is relatively new although the room is a bit small but has all the standard facilities. It is also very good value. Very central - nearest station is just 5 minutes away with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Clean, comfortable, fairly spacious room. It had everything I needed - comfortable double bed, good wi-fi, kettle, mini-fridge and the shower was powerful. The air conditioning worked well but I would have liked it at a lower temperature. Hong Kong is extremely humid in the summer. "This hotel was exceptional. The room was clean, and room service always did a great job. The staff were all very kind and helpful, and there were many different amenities that were useful for our experience. My favorite thing was that the hotel was located in a perfect location. The metro, the mall, etc. were all very close to the hotel, making our experience convenient, smooth, and enjoyable. Overall, this hotel definitely deserves five stars."

"Taxis were always available in front of hotel. It’s easy to get around with local buses. Restaurants, grocery store and convenient store were within walking distance. The view was fantastic! Staff were very friendly and helpful. I left my phone behind after I checked out. The staff found my phone quickly and sent it back to me next day with reasonable charges."
