Lovely hotel, with excellent Japanese breakfast, and kind and helpful staff always willing to go out of their way to help bewildered foreign children. (They even let us check in early when they saw how exhausted my son was.) Rooms also very reasonably priced!

A fairly standard business hotel — perfectly serviceable but showing its age a bit. The room and facilities felt older, and cleanliness could have been a little better. Staff were friendly and polite, and the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood with some great dining options close by. Overall fine for a short stay, but could use a bit of freshening up.

Staff were super kind and helpful - I was travelling with a small child and they really went out of their way to help, even cooking him a separate breakfast (unasked) when they saw he was struggling with Japanese food!

The double bed was firm but we had to top and tail as top of double bed on one side where you lie was partly under the desk. The bathroom was too small for us. We didn’t stay the 2nd night we booked. The staff were friendly though.

今回部屋が空いていたため、アップグレードしてくださいました。喫煙フロアーとのことでしたが、匂いも気にならないぐらいでバスタブも広く快適に過ごすことができました。藤枝に来る時はまた、利用したいと思います。
