"Handy for the railway station and on bus routes. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms very well equipped and washer/dryer is great. Only downside is it’s beside a very busy road with lots of car traffic and was noisy. The not certain types of room are on one side so you can’t move even if there is space. "

"The room was very comfortable, and had adequate space, though one bed was pushed against the wall. Lots of helpful amenities. There were various refreshments in the lounge through out the day, which was nice. The onsen is small, but fully equipped. My only complaint was that there was a very bright light on a motion sensor in the entryway, and there was no way to turn it off. If you got up in the night to use the sink or toilet it came on blinding you (and anyone else) in the room. We found a creative solution, but there should be a way to turn the motion sensor off. "
