Good location - 3 min walk from Subway Station, very decent sized room, smelly bathroom due mold on the shower courtains also could be cleaner overall. Tasty roast beef in the breakfast. Could be a better hotel considering it’s USD 100 + cost per night.

Everything in the hotel room is bad：Noisy, batheroo design is very bad, no shower curtain, no hook .., washing basin is so low, that you have to bend your body so low to wash and brush and make you so tired, the toilet bowl is very noisy ..... 立地の割に値段が安いと感じた。 電車でも車でもアクセスは、車の駐車場の入りにくさを除けば、かなり良い。教えられた駐車場は常に満車、それ以外にも入りにくさはあるものの、一晩1000円のところがあり、ミニバン（セレナ）でギリギリ入った。運転不慣れな人は電車のアクセスをお勧めします。大雨警報の中でしたが、横断歩道を一つ渡れば地下に入れて、地下鉄に乗れました。 朝食は、２日のうち１日だけでしたが、高いなりにすごく美味しい。前日に予約すると少し安いらしいが、フロントで予約の行き違いがあったので確認したほうがいい。水炊きがあって福岡らしさを感じた。ベーコンの焼き加減が個人的に好き。７歳の子供がいつも以上に食べてて納得。

周りにコンビニや飲食店も多く、天神、博多駅へのアクセスも抜群です。 ただ、車で行く方は正面は大通りでしかもバス停があるので車を停車することが出来ないので荷下ろしは裏に行く必要があり、裏道は一方通行が多く注意する必要があります。 また朝ごはんが思ったより豪華ではなかったけど満足に値するものでしたし、スタッフの対応や部屋の清潔さなどは満足です。
