冷蔵庫に飲みかけのペットボトルが入ってました。髪の毛もたくさん落ちていて、掃除をしているのか不安になりました。窓も最初から空いていて、防犯も心配でした。

基礎的な部分はもちろん、簡単な料理ができる環境も揃っており、設備面は素晴らしい。 1点、何故か片方の靴下がリビングルーム入口の扉上にかかっていた為、清掃時の確認ポイントを追加していただきたい。

4人と1歳の子供とで1部屋の予約でしたが、ダブルベッド1と、ダブルサイズの布団1組と伝えられていたので、そのつもりで部屋に入ったらダブルの布団は何処に敷くの？ってゆーくらいの部屋の大きさで、挙げ句の果てには、1組の布団の方にはカバーもなく… 不衛生な事が多く見られました。なので、すぐ部屋にある案内に記載されてる番号に電話しても現在使われておりません。と、言われ…1階に記載されてる番号に電話してもなかなか繋がらず…何度も何度も…で、やっとシーツを持って来て貰って寝れました。 色々ありました… 立地条件は良いと思います。

最悪
チェックインをわざわざ別のホテルでしないといけないのがめんどくさい。出来たばかりのホテルだったから期待してたけど、 ベッドにあるコードをいくら延ばしてもコンセントまで届かない。設置するときに利用者のこと考えてますか？だいたいコンセントの数も少ない。携帯を充電しようとしたら、WiFiかテレビかの電源を抜かないといけない。もう泊まらない。

チェックインが遠く、移動するのに非常に労力を使った。また、チェックインするにしても番号を教えられるだけなら電話だけでいいのではないかと思う。

4人部屋と聞いて予約しましたが、部屋が狭すぎて雑魚寝でした。あの部屋では2名が限界だと思います。受付の場所と泊まる場所が遠いのと、パジャマもなかったので、この値段であれば普通のホテルの方がいいと思いました。

購物都方便附近有藥房有大型商場. 唯一唔好的地方就是沒有免費泊車. 可以增加每天清潔服務. 下次會再來住宿.

新築で綺麗だけども…
大人1人＋ベビー1人 で10泊以上の連泊で利用しました。 まずは博多の方でチェックイン。笑顔もなく対応は普通。ミルク作りにケトルが必須だったので聞くと、ケトルは部屋に無いとのこと。鍋なら貸し出せますと言われチェックインカウンターで鍋を受け取りました。 しかしいざホテルの部屋に入ってみると、ケトルあるじゃん…(°_°) 博多から渡辺通まで鍋を持って移動した時間はなんだったんだろう。。。 ホテルの建物や部屋は新しいのでとても綺麗でした!! しかし、浴室を見ると浴槽が無い!! シャワーのみ。浴室空調も無い。 赤ちゃん連れで1月の宿泊にシャワーのみはこたえました…。 キッチン付近にコンセントが無いのもマイナスポイントでした。ケトル使いたいのにキッチンでは使えず、延長コードを近所で購入しました。 ベッドのライトを付けるにもコードがギリギリの長さだったので、延長コードは常備して欲しいなと思いました。 ホテル1階ですれ違う清掃スタッフさんの感じは良く、挨拶もしてくださいます。チェックインカウンターのスタッフより清掃スタッフの方が印象が良かったです。 洗濯機が部屋にあるのは便利でした。 キーレスなので荷物が多い中鍵を探すという手間が無く便利でした。
