It's very inconvenient to check in at another place and there was no lift so will need to carry the luggage to 2nd floor. Kitchen and common area are good and newly renovated but toilet and bed sheets, duvet and pillows cleanliness require attention!! There was a disgusting foul smell on all the pillow cases and duvets and even curly hair on the bed sheets!!! We highly doubt they have not been changed and cleaned!! We had to put a towel over it to sleep on coz it made us very uncomfortable. This was the very first time we have encountered cleanliness problem in Japan because we have always had very good impression staying in Japan, even airbnb.
