“This lake house is cozy, spotless and well maintained. The house has everything you need: new appliances, comfortable furnishings and everything works. The property is beautiful--we loved watching the water and identifying all of the birds we spotted in the trees, on the water and on the peninsula (the goslings were adorable and comical to observe). The outdoor space is very livable--and when it rained, we were happy indoors. We were 3 adult friends on an artist retreat, and this was perfect for……

“It is a nice quiet place to stay we was working on another cottage on the same lake and it made it so convenient ”

“Would give this property, and its host, 10 STARS if I could. We rented this lovely home for several days before and after my son’s wedding in Rochester. (This was the way to go since there are NO HOTELS in town.) My goodness, were we bowled over with the cleanliness and expanse of this place. It far exceeded our expectations, as the groom’s parents, as well as the expectations of our family guests who have stayed at other Vrbo homes that were not as expected. The home was probably more……

The stairs to the lower level were very very creeky. The beds were not comfortable at all. The king squeaked when you rolled over. The upstairs double was hard. The full downstairs was missing slats holding the mattress in place. ”
