Did not try to view lake. Paid attention to the wedding and reception

Clean and modern with comfortable bed and good breakfast

Vibrant colors and comfortable lounge area with breakfast was nice. Free parking was excellent and easy to access. Room was mostly clean but shampoo/conditioner had not been refilled before my stay and were not refilled on my cleaning day. Staff were somewhat helpful but not as helpful as they could have been, especially regarding the snacks for purchase when they were not willing to point to something I was looking for even though I asked and instead let me find it myself.

I love staying at Tru Hilton hotels when traveling and 9/10 times when I visit family in Battle Creek I stay here! It’s always very clean, staff are friendly, the breakfast is ok, decent size pool. Nice lobby and sitting area with TV & pool tables. Housekeeping was very friendly and the from desk workers are always nice. Special Thank uou to Dyshe’ Wilson we were always greeted with a friendly smile when we came & left the hotel and she has great customer service skills. Even when some guest were being very rude and unpleasant to her she remained calm & pleasant throughout the whole interaction. Keep up the great work staff!!
