Red Roof Inn & Suites Battle Creek

Well i did get a couple extra pillows quickly, and they did fix the tv, but there posted breakfast is 6 to 9, when i went down at 8:30 there was hardly anythung when i asked the server her name was chrissy she was short with me, she appeared frustrated maybe she had a bad morning doesnt matter, i paid for the room which incudes breakfast, 9 is 9, u keep serving till then. A dad brought down his kids an thwre was nothing gor them to eat except some cereal he put in a cup, sad, i felt so unwelcomed that me and my wife just left an had to go to bob evans and spend money that i shouldnt have. I hopr they get someone who works better with people and not b rude, dont belive we will ever go back

The room had bed bugs. Looked nothing like the pictures on line

The king mattress was a backbreaker. Our telephone in the room did not work during our entire stay. Every time we had to make a call from the room, we had to go to the office and use theirs. The bathroom was tiny. The staff was excellent. Our room was made up every day. A big-screen TV dominated the room. We went because of the "near-by" casino, but it was a bit far from it. The room rental was cheap, but after finding out cab service had stopped working in Battlecreek, we had to scramble and get the app for Lyft to deliver us back & forth from the casino. There is nothing to do in Battlecreek on a Sunday other than the casino. Culvers' restaurant and a great donut shop was next door that made the trip worthwhile.
