Funchal Panoramic View is a spacious apartment in the centre of Funchal, for families or groups of up to six — it has a rooftop terrace with 180° views over the city and the ocean, in a residential area a few minutes' walk from the Old Town and the Marina.

The apartment has a total area of 187 m² and free private parking.

The apartment comprises three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a king-size double bed (180 × 200 cm) and two bedrooms with two single beds each, in one of which the beds can be joined to form a double bed. There is also a spacious living room with sofas and a dining table, a kitchen, a laundry room, three full bathrooms and a guest toilet.

It also includes a refrigerator and freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, Wi-Fi (1 Gbps), a smart TV with international channels and other amenities for a pleasant and relaxing stay.



📍 NEIGHBOURHOOD

The apartment is in a residential area, quiet at night, close to the city's main places of interest, which you can explore on foot.

It is 5 minutes' walk from Praça do Município and 10 to 15 minutes from the Old Town (historic centre) and Funchal Marina. On the ground floor of the building there is a small café with a pastry shop and a local bakery, where you can buy warm bread. Nearby there are cafés, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, grocery stores, greengrocers, wine lodges, shops, museums, pharmacies and clinics.

A car is not necessary: there is a bus stop 3 minutes' walk away. By car, there is easy access to Funchal's main roads and the expressway to discover the island.

There is city traffic noise during the day; at night it is reduced and intermittent, but may disturb guests who are more sensitive to noise.

Weekly maintenance cleaning, including a change of bed linen and towels.

The accommodation does not have air conditioning.

We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance covering cancellations or other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent their stay.

Due to the island's location and climate, the presence of insects is natural, and they may be attracted by food scraps. We kindly ask that you keep surfaces clean and food properly stored.

For those sensitive to mosquito bites, we recommend using repellent when getting around the island.

An online pre-check-in form will be sent to collect the identification details required by law.

In-person check-in is by prior appointment. We will wait up to 60 minutes after the scheduled time; beyond that, it may be necessary to arrange a new time.

So that we can resolve any issue promptly, we ask that you report any faults or cleaning shortcomings immediately. Reports made after check-out may no longer be verified or resolved.
