“Very nice apartment. Good size, and well equipped. Great location - easy walk to central district.
If you have a car, do not park in lot recommended by host. Expensive at 15 euros / 24 hours, cash only, and does not have 24 hour access to vehicle. Instead, park in 1 or the 2 closer lots across the main street. Cost is as low as 4 euros / 24 hours, pay at machine (cash or credit card), 24 hour access to vehicle, cleaner lot.”

“If you want to be an easy walking distance to the market, the seaside, great restaurants, the cable car, etc., you cannot find a better apartment than this one in Zona Velma!
It is a simple apartment that was comfortable and clean. Small kitchen for preparing simple meals. Sea view from kitchen window. Nice balcony with a pretty street view.
I did not find the street very noisy.
I would recommend this apartment for a great Funchal experience!
