Definitely a 5 star experience. Everything is clean and well maintained. Well trained staff. The room is spacious and the bed and linens are top notch! the breakfast is superb! The only thing that needs updating is the bath/shower. The pressure is fantastic but the drain can't keep up and the temperature is hard to regulate. Restaurants: Brisa do Mar, excellent. I would skip Villa Cipriani, food was average.

Reid’s is a beautiful property with multiple pools and diving access to the ocean. Our stay involved changing rooms ( not the hotels fault), and not all rooms are the same. The first room had a walk in shower but the second room had a very slippery tub shower. There was construction going on during our stay that made for noisy afternoons. The food was really good and there are multiple restaurants, however, I would reserve a table in advance of your stay to guarantee your spot at dinner. The service was exceptional.

Such a beautiful experience at Reid’s. The staff was a delight and super helpful. Everything was taken care of. We needed a bandaid and the front desk had it in his jacket pocket! They think of everything! We booked several experiences with them and they all were done amazingly well. There were some hiccups in our transfers but very minor. We’ll be back!

Reid’s Palace was easily one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the level of service and attention to detail was incredible. They personally showed us around the hotel and our room, and from there, the service never stopped. Our room was serviced several times throughout the day, and every evening we came back to thoughtful little gifts and special touches waiting for us. It felt like they were constantly anticipating what we might need before we even had to ask. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, but what really sets Reid’s Palace apart is the service. Everything feels intentional, personal, and incredibly polished. You truly feel taken care of from the moment you arrive until you leave. We have stayed at several beautiful places in Europe, but Reid’s Palace was in a category of its own. It’s more than just a luxury hotel—it’s an experience. Absolutely top tier and worth every penny. We would stay here again without hesitation
