We got upgraded to a suite with stunning views out to the ocean. The whole place is clean, well staffed and the level of service is impeccable. The spa facilities were amongst the best we have ever visited. The service was nothing less than exceptional. The Reserve was the high end room in this hotel and it was worth every penny. We felt like royalty. From the greeting on the airport tarmac to the wonderful checkin. The housekeeping staff was so amazing. We have really never had this level of perfection in any other place we have stayed. The restaurants in the reserve part of the hotel were excellent and probably some of the best food on the island. You can't go wrong staying here. I'd strongly recommend! The amenities, communication, and attention to detail for Reserve guests goes above and beyond any hotel I've stayed at.
