Your Home In Madeira You will love staying in our home, it is very spacious, airy and full of light. The home is fully equipped for you to feel as in your own home. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood of Funchal, 15 minutes walking from the center, we can host couples on a romantic trip or groups and families of up to 6 people. It has 3 bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. On the terrace you can eat outdoors in the open air, or simply take the sun and enjoy the view of the Island. The park is private. In the house you'll enjoy: living room and dining room area with TV, cable TV channels, free WI-FI, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, blender, dishwasher, and all the utensils to make and serve your meals at home if you want. Laundry room with washing and dryer machines and Stendhal. In the bedrooms you'll find: a main bedroom with sea view from its balcony, Queen bed, drawer and closet, with heater if you need it in winter and ceiling fan for summer, hair dryer and bath with tub. A second room with a double bed and closet, ceiling fan and heater. A third room with two single beds , sea view, fan, heater and closet . On the terrace you can have your meals on the table and specially arranged chairs or sunbathe on the sun chairs. The rent includes bedsheets, tables towels and bath and hands towels.The house also has a small garden with roses and other plants. The park is private and it's big enough even for two regular cars. But you also do not need a car because it is a 15-minute walk from the center of Funchal. The house is in a quiet and safe neighborhood within walking distance of the center of Funchal of 15 minutes, where you can enjoy delicious walks by the harbor and you will find supermarkets, bakeries, malls, restaurants and everything you wish. To return to the house from Funchal you can either walk, take the bus that is very close or take a taxi from the center to the house that will costs you around € 6\. Diese erwiesen sich über die gesamte Dauer unseres 6-wöchigen Urlaubes als zugewandt, aber nicht aufdringlich, als sehr entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, entspricht der Beschreibung und macht einen sehr hellen, gut gepflegten lichtdurchfluteten Eindruck. Küche und Waschküche sind mit hochwertigen E-Geräten ausgestattet. Das WLAN ist prima und machte streaming unkompliziert. Die Garage ist super: groß genug und eine absolute Notwendigkeit bei Autonutzung. Eine große Terrasse und ein kleiner Balkon bieten in weiten Stunden des Tages Schatten. Mann ist im engeren Stadtbereich und hat Aussicht auf die umliegenden Häuser bis hinauf zum botanischen Garten und die dorthin führende Seilbahn. Vom Balkon ist ein Teil es Meeres zu sehen. Zum Markt/City brauchten wir fußläufig 10 Min, für den Rückweg nutzten wir die gute Busanbindung. Das Stadthaus bietet eine gute Basis für Unternehmungen auf der wunderschönen Insel. Das in einer Sackgasse gelegene Haus ist insgesamt eher ruhig, nur die bellenden Hunde und die an Werktagen ihre Kinder zum Kindergarten bringenden/holenden Elterntaxis sorgen für einen Großteil der Lebendigkeit. ##### Reinhard B. 2024 年 10 月入住 42 晚 ### 8/10 还可以 #### Susan M. 2023 年 10 月 25 日 满意：清洁度 #### Nice property We arrived at 9pm to find owners were there waiting for us. The property was clean and tidy and we settled in quickly. Only comments are that we could have done with more kitchen equipment ( I have allergies so cook to be safe) and the pillows needed replacing. All in all a good stay. Regular bus service only 5 mins walk away. 15 minutes to walk into the town. Very steep walk back up so bus is recommended. Good view of the harbour and telerifico. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Zur Begrüßung war ein Paket Kaffee, ein Bolo do Caco und eine Flasche Mineralwasser bereit gestellt. Das Haus liegt günstig oberhalb Funchals. Wer gut zu Fuß ist, geht in ca. 25 Min. zum Mercado dos Lavradores. Es gibt aber auch eine Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Das Haus ist super sauber, hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche...es fehlt an Nichts. Joao und Blanca sind tolle Vermieter. Unsere Anfrage wegen der deutschen Programme wurde sofort erledigt. Wir hatten für sechs Wochen ein großes Haus sehr gepflegt und bequem mit einer riesigen Terrasse mit Liegen und Sonneneinstrahlung den ganzen Tag. Das war herrlich und wir genossen es sehr. Die große Küche ist auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Zu Fuß ist man in 15 Minuten im Zentrum. Blanka und Joao erkundigten sich immer wieder ob es uns gut geht und wir etwas benötigen. Schade dass wir nicht Englisch sprechen können so mussten wir unsere Konversation jeden Tag auf ein freundliches und herzliches Zuwinken beschränken. Danke nochmals für die leckeren Pitanga. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und fühlten uns wie Daheim und empfehlen dieses Haus, wo wir auch im nächsten Jahr unseren Urlaub verbringen werden. Joao and Blanca were the perfect hosts. Even though, due to delays and cancellations, I arrived in the middle of the night, they were there to greet me and show me round the house. They checked in with me regularly to see if there was any thing I needed or needed to know. From lending me a vase to recommending a restaurant, they were always available and willing. I cannot say enough about how kind and accomodating they were. The house itself is as it appears in the pictures, well stocked and the terrace is large and sunny. It is a nice 15 min walk down to the sea and a manageable walk back but 3 different buses (19,22 & 26) all let you off close. Getting a giro card for the buses saves time and money. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet und war für unseren Urlaub mit sechs Personen perfekt. Das Wohnzimmer und die drei Schlafzimmer sind sehr geräumig, im obersten Stockwerk befindet sich außerdem noch ein zusätzliches Doppelbett. Auch die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Die Doppelhaushälfte ist dreistöckig mit großzügiger Terrasse und eigener Garage, was aufgrund der schlechten Parkmöglichkeiten in Funchal ein großer Vorteil sein kann. Zu Fuß zum Stadtzentrum sind es etwa 15-20 Gehminuten (es geht wie überall in Funchal die ganze Zeit bergauf bzw. bergab), 50 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt gibt es auch eine Bushaltestelle. Die Vermieter, Joao und Blanca, sind sehr nett und haben sich super um uns gekümmert. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit auf Madeira und können die Unterkunft unbedingt weiterempfehlen! ##### Wolfgang B. 2018 年 1 月入住 27 晚 ### 10/10 超赞 #### Stefan M. 2017 年 9 月 4 日 #### Großes Haus mit guter Ausstattung und sehr netten Vermietern. Sehr zuvorkommende Vermieter, es gab öftere Anfragen, ob wir irgend etwas brauchen oder ob sie uns irgendwie helfen können. Vermieter wohen nebenan, waren für uns immer erreichbar und gerne zu einer Plauderei bereit. Bei der Ankunft hatten wir frische Maracujas und Kekse am Esstisch stehen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und sauber, gut ausgestattet, alles funktioniert wie es soll, große Terrasse mit Meerblick, mehrere Bäder, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Tiefkühler, großer Kühlschrank. Die Garage ist sehr praktisch sofern man einen Mietwagen hat. Schnellstraße ist nah, aber nicht hörbar, für Ausflüge aber sehr praktisch. Zum Parken in Citynähe bieten sich zwei Parkhäuser an, eines beim Mercado Lavradores, eines beim Einkaufszentrum La Vie. Kosten max. 5,80 Euro täglich. Beide Parkhäuder sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Von dort aus kurze Wege in die Stadt. Die Ausflugsziele auf der Insel sind mit einem Mietwagen gut zu erreichen, es gibt viel zu unternehmen. Einziger Nachteil des Quartiers waren einige Hunde in der Umgebung, die auch nachts bellen. ##### Stefan M. 2017 年 8 月入住 14 晚 ### 8/10 还可以 #### Isabelle B. 2017 年 7 月 10 日 #### un bon moment chez des hôtes adorables, dans un environnement calme et bien situé La maison, sur les hauteurs de Funchal, jouit d'un emplacement intéressant : jolie vue sur la mer, au calme (même si à Madère, il faut compter avec les chiens !) et à 15 mn à pieds du centre ville, par des rues agréables. La grande terrasse permet de prendre les repas bien à son aise, la maison est très spacieuse et d'une propreté exemplaire. Privilégiez le rez de chaussée et le 1er étage, toujours frais même lorsque la température grimpe ! Le grand garage permet aussi de mettre la voiture à l'abri. Quant à l'équipement, rien à dire, quelques suggestions cependant : afin d'utiliser au mieux le lave-vaisselle et compte tenu du nombre de vacanciers possibles, il serait judicieux d'augmenter le nombre d'assiettes et de couverts. Un ciseau serait aussi le bienvenu de même qu'une boule à thé ! Au-delà de ces détails, nous avons infiniment apprécié l'accueil adorable de Joa et de Bianca, des hôtes à la fois discrets et plein d'attentions avant et pendant le séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cette location. De plus, Bianca cultive son français ! Terrasse avec une petite vue sur la mer; cette terrasse est suffisamment grande pour pouvoir y manger en cas de beau temps.
